I am an eroge enthusiast, who also loves playing computer games, especially MMORPG, and on rare occasions watching anime on the side. Some time before I started this blog, I used to be a hardcore MMO gamer, but my interests on those games have since dwindled. Now, I spend the majority of my spare time playing eroges while getting sidetracked by those devious Flash games. There is nothing i love more than reading raburabu stories and answering the loving pleas of kouhais and imoutos out there. That also means I generally do not play dark games, unless an imouto is contained within and the story is extremely well done. Ok, maybe the imouto part is optional. Maybe the story part is too; I don’t place as much emphasis on story as some others. I just want the sweet, sweet romance.

The alias Aedes was the result of my searching for a cool looking term in the dictionary to use for my character name in some MMO when I first started playing them, and I’ve been using it as my alias ever since.

Some other alias that I’ve used: Hachure, Scaccidi.

Aero

Like most ero-gamers everything started with anime and manga. A while back I was a hardcore anime addict. Besides a bit of gaming here and there, anime/manga was the only thing I did to pass the time. A few years ago I accidentally stumbled upon an eroge. I believe the game that started it all was “family project”. After playing I became hooked and start getting every translated eroge I could get my hands on. As time passed, translated eroge just weren’t enough, so I started using ATLAS to play non-translated games.That leads up to what I am today, still playing using ATLAS while studying japanese in my spare time.

Story isn’t the driving factor for me to play games. Like a lot of people out there, characters are what makes me interested. If there is good character development and ichaicha scenes, to heck with story! I have no personal preference in heroine types, I can just as easily like an imouto or a senpai heroine. I like pure love stories, so I avoid dark games in general.

The name aero comes from its similarity to ero =p.
